Sometimes you just need to make yourself a big bowl of pasta. This recipe goes together in under an hour and really hits the spot when you’re in need of a quick, hearty pasta dish.
We love Ina’s recipes because they are almost always simple and easy to follow. However, we will sometimes cut back on the amount of salt, butter or cream she calls for to lighten her recipes a bit. We’ve never felt that by doing this we sacrificed any flavor.
We also make sure to use quality ingredients like grass fed beef and organic dairy whenever possible to maximize the nutrients and health benefits in whatever recipe we are following.
