|For our New Years Eve dessert, we decided to take another pass at the classic French Apple Tart. The result was much better than our first try a few months ago when the temperature regulator on our oven had lost its way.

We decided to keep it simple and use frozen pastry dough instead of making it ourselves since we were already pretty busy with the braised short rib and our bottle of champagne.
|Works nicely for dessert and breakfast the next day.|
