For our last meal of Labor Day weekend, we finally made use of the outdoor grill at Julia’s apartment complex. Since nectarines were in season, we searched for a recipe that used them and landed on this simple pork dish. To make things easy, we just picked a variety of summer veggies to grill on the side.
