We love pizza!
Since there are just endless opportunities with pizza, we made yet another variation on the pie this week. Tonight was a Greek-themed pizza, loaded with feta cheese, peppers (on Julia’s side), tomatoes, artichokes, mozzarella, and olives (also only on Julia’s side..Philippe needs to get with the program) and dill.
All of these delicious toppings were served atop our favorite fresh whole wheat pizza dough that we rolled out into a not-so-circular shape. We have found that abstract shaped pizza tastes just as good and creates less stress in the kitchen.
We would highly recommend this recipe if you’re into Mediterranean dishes and not-so-average pizza!
